Who

Hi, my name is Vincent Guerrero, or just "Vince" if you're feeling friendly. I'm 26 years old as I write this, enjoying life with some of the best friends and family a person could hope for.

I'm a programmer and web developer by trade and hobby. Over the years I've partaken in and headed many projects, some seeing mild success and some not so much. Regardless of their purpose or outcome they have all somehow helped push me along the path that lead me to my current standing.

I'm also a writer, musician and, to some degree, an artist. You may find some of my work here if I find myself inclined to share.

What

foohonpie.com has been many things over the years, among them a satire news website, a webcomic portal, an IRC scripting resource, and more. It now stands however as it was when it started. Put simply, it is a vehicle for me to share my thoughts.

Where

I'm currently living it up in San Diego, CA.

When

foohonpie.com dates back to 2003. The current version of this site was released in October 2009.

Why

As far as I can remember I've had a love for creation. Developing for the web is one of many ways in which I express this love. I'm also a writer, and this website is the marriage of these two hobbies.

How

A long time ago I was very much a fan of php. While it still holds a special place in my heart, these days I am hacking away at perl.

This site was written in perl on top of the catalyst framework.
